Summer Hours

Jackson Office Summer Hours:

August 19 to August 22               8:30am to 1 PM **clerical only**

August 26 to August 29                          8:30 am to 3 PM

New Student Registration:

Please call the school at (250) 832-2136 beginning Aug 26, 2024 to arrange a New Student Registration Intake Meeting. These meetings will begin on Aug 27, 2024. Families must bring the following documents to complete the registration process.

1. Student Birth Certificate or Passport
2. Student Care Card
3. Proof of residence (x2) – Property tax notice or rental agreement AND utility bill or drivers license
4. Court Orders (if applicable)

Course Change Requests:

Please email any questions or course change requests to one of our counsellors based on the student’s last name:

Please note that counsellors will not be making scheduling changes based on preferred teachers or friend requests.

Unfortunately, most of our courses are extremely full. As a result, we may not be able to accommodate course change requests. Counsellors will work to address scheduling concerns when they return to work on Aug 27. If you would like to speak to a counsellor in person please call the school at (250) 832-2136 to arrange an appointment.
