Summer Hours

Jackson Office Summer Hours:

Aug 24 to Aug 28          7:30am to 1:00pm (Clerical Only)

Aug 31 to Sept 4           8:30am to 3:00pm (Administrators, Counsellors, and Clerical)

New Student Registration:

Please call the school at (250) 832-2136 beginning Aug 31, 2026 to arrange a New Student Registration Intake Meeting. These meetings will begin on Sept 1, 2026. Families must bring the following documents to complete the registration process.

1. Proof of Citizenship or Status in Canada for both student and parent (e.g. birth certificate, passport, immigration or refugee documentation)
2. BC Services Card
3. Proof of residence (x2) – Property tax notice or rental agreement AND utility bill or driver's license
4. Court Orders (if applicable)
5. Most recent Report Card

Course Change Requests:

Please email any questions or course change requests to one of our counsellors based on the student’s last name:

Please note that counsellors will not be making scheduling changes based on preferred teachers or friend requests.

Unfortunately, most of our courses are extremely full. As a result, we may not be able to accommodate course change requests. Counsellors will work to address scheduling concerns when they return to work on Aug 31. If you would like to speak to a counsellor in person please call the school at (250) 832-2136 to arrange an appointment.
