Girls Soccer Team at Valleys

Congratulation to the Jr. Girls Soccer Team hard fought season this year. What started out with only 4 players and the real possibility of no team at all eventually lead into an appearance at the Valleys in Kamloops. The team, which was comprised of those who had never even stepped on a soccer pitch before to seasoned veterans finish league play in 2nd place, before going onto a 4th place finish at the Valleys. An incredible group of athletes who played hard every game with a positive attitude and a smile on their face. Albeit a short season, the team came together, improved immensely, and had a lot of fun. Both coaches and family are extremely proud of each and every player, and hope they all continue their soccer career for years to come. Thank you to coaches Patti Bliss and Stacey MacFarlane for providing such a great experience for our girls. Go Jays Go!
